The Butterfly Effect

Today I tell a story about the a movie named‘The Butterfly Effect’.

To the beginning of the story, the hero, Evan has often lost the track of time. From his early ago, important moments of his life have often disappeared and been forgotten. His boyhood marred by some terrifying events he can’t remember. Unfornately, the ghost of memory has also marred his boyhood friends, Kayleigh, Lenny, and Tommy.

One day, he finds some journals which were written by himself when he was in the boyhood. As he starts to read those journals, he finds the way to return back the pass and reclaim his memories.

In addition, Evan feels responsible for the damaged lives of his friends, especially Kayleigh, the childhood sweetheart he still loves. He hopes to transform the present by changing the events of the past.

However, after Evan changes the past events and return to the present, he finds his actions that have caused some unexpected and disastrous consequences for him and his friends. Such as he change an event of the past to save Kayleigh’s life while his other friends’ lives are also changed and marred.

For example, the first time Evan changes an event of the past for Kayleigh. In the present, Kayleigh’s life becomes happy, but his friend Lenny becomes a person with hate, especially to Evan.

Evan returns to the past and changes an event of the past again. However, he can’t control the situation how to follow. Unexpectedly, Tommy killed Lenny in the past and Tommy has been sant to prison into hospital now.

Evan returns to change the past again. This time he loses Kayleigh in the present because Kayleigh was dead in the past after he changed the past again.

Finally, Evan understands he can’t make everything perfectly he wishes. He also understands he is not the God and he doesn’t have the right to decide everybody life.

The story is not ending now. If you are interested in it, you can go to the theater to see the end.
